Service Technician Brian Vogt arrived promptly, not long after my phone call to Hart Home Comfort for emergency service. Brian set up near the malfunctioning oil burner first by protecting the surrounding area from soot and fuel oil, as the room serves double duty as a laundry room. Brian was professional, pleasant and industrious, and got to work with a proficiency that belies many years of valuable experience. He explained to me what the problem was, and how he addressed it. VP of Operations Jacqueline Hart sets the standard for exceptional customer support, and that leadership example obviously extends not only to Brian, but to every employee that I've had the pleasure to deal with over the years that I've been a Hart Home Comfort customer. Given Brian's demeanor, work ethic, and experience, he's to be regarded as a valuable asset to Hart Home Comfort!

Very difficult problem to diagnose and to repair due to the not so common electronics in my Tecmar system and due to the fact that the electronics have changed over the years. Tom Olsen attacked the problem and with lots of tech support from Tecmar and who knows who else was able to get my system back on line. He is a credit to your organization. Don't lose him.
I've been having issues for weeks. Heat blasting in july. Then no hot water. My basement was like a sauna. I have a tecmar system which apparently is a little complicated with electronics. Problem was diagnosed as a faulty tecmar control panel which is on order. But I was still having issues of heat/no hot water until Frank showed up and fixed problem. Thanks Frank.
